Learn what drives our HR team
Alisha joined the KZN business as an HR administrator in 2017. Prior to her promotion to HR Manager in 2023, she spent a year as recruiter focused on sourcing talented employees for the group’s national pool. She celebrates being an integral role player in her team’s growth and development and relishes this opportunity to promote HR best practice and to strategically align her department with the vision, mission, values and goals of the business in KZN.
Melissa is a quiet force with considerable HR experience supporting a stable team in this region. A generalist, she is well versed in people related policies, practices, and processes and ensures the region’s alignment to national standards. Melissa believes that people are the heartbeat of the Cape region’s unique culture and plays a crucial supporting role to ensure their growth and development.
Cathy’s deep HR experience in the construction industry over the last 26 years covers the full spectrum of recruitment, industrial relations, training and development, performance management, employee relations and legal compliance. She is motivated by the impact she has on colleagues’ lives and the value that HR brings to the business. These days her passion lies with mentoring and guiding employees to achieve their potential.
